Pulled my truck in with 53' trailer was told to find somewhere else to drop then return fir service. They had a lot I could turn around in but had to locate place to take trailer. Techs Ray and Phillip came out, hooked computer, found issue, fixed right in lot and had me ALL fixed up. Didn't have to drop trailer elsewhere and come back. Bless all of you at iTA for allowing me to stay and get fixed. She is purring again!! VERY HAPPY!!🤩🤩🤩

Service manager Brent Thomas was exceptionally helpful throughout the process, this International Dealer is the best experience I've had. The mechanic Ray took the time to explain the process he was going through to my repair, and Kyle Begnaud, one of the service advisors on duty, was extremely kind and polite during the payment process (cashier was on lunch and he handled the transaction). Also, don't forget to grab a can of their Creole seasoning. Great all around.
